You will work and coordinate projects mainly in Healthcare area of the Living segment (where Multifamily, Student housing, Healthcare and NPL Portfolios), taking responsibility on the result and delivery, being the main contact both for clients and the rest of the Living team in Capital Market in Madrid´s office.
What this job involves:
- You will coordinate the team dedicated to each project, ensuring the consistency and quality of the work delivered. You will have direct contact to clients.
- You will understand our clients demands from different points of view: business, Real Estate analysis and methodology.
- You will work closely with different departments within JLL depending on the project. As part of our services, we provide a wide and deep understanding of Real Estate sector.

- Captación de locales comerciales, tanto para el sector retail como alimentación y restauración
- Negociación de mandatos de comercialización, siguiendo el manual de mandatos de la Compañía hasta su firma y elaborar la propuesta de comercialización

El servicio de Tenant Representation es un servicio de consultoría inmobiliaria dirigida a los clientes que puedan tener una necesidad inmobiliaria. JLL a través de su red internacional de cuentas corporativas, da servicio a sus clientes de manera global en cualquier ubicación.
Para ello seguimos un proceso en el que elaboramos un informe de situación del mercado, hacemos un estudio comparativo de rentas e iniciamos la búsqueda de activos y la negociación de estos. Además, podemos completarlo con un informe financiero y asesoramiento hasta el final de la operación inmobiliaria.

Consultant Student Housing - Madrid
We are seeking a Consultant Student Housing for our Living team in Capital Markets in Madrid.
You will collaborate in the coordination of sales process with a focus on Student Housing transactions for single assets, portfolios, and platform deals. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid and will report directly to the Head of Student Housing business line for Spain.
What this job involves:
- Working closely with the head of area and the rest of the analysts and brokers to identify opportunities
- Support in the negotiation of mandates with buyers and sellers for transaction advisory
- Execute sales processes from start to finish, coordinating marketing processes, due diligence, third party advisors and negotiating closing and SPAs
- Support the team in the development of solid and long-standing client relationships
- Work closely with research department to coordinate gathering of market data
- Broker Joint-Venture agreements and capital relationships between developers, investors and operators

- You will understand the more operational side of the business, key within all Private Wealth sectors.
This position requires:
- Experience and knowledge of the different real estate sectors and a high capacity of relationships with local family offices.
